A. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
It is our policy to:
Block access to or remove any content (including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, or product designs) (collectively, “Content”) that we believe in good faith to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties upon receiving a proper notice of infringement.
Remove or discontinue service to repeat infringers.
If you believe that content residing on or accessible through our website constitutes copyright infringement, trademark violation, or otherwise infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please send a Notice of Infringement containing the following information to the Designated Agent listed below:
Identification of the intellectual property (such as a copyright, trademark, or patent) that you claim has been infringed, including any registration number(s), if applicable.
Identification of the infringing content, including:
(a) A description of how the content uses your intellectual property in a way that constitutes infringement.
(b) The exact URL or location of the material on our website with sufficient detail so that we can locate and verify it.
Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
B. ONCE A VALID INFRINGEMENT NOTICE IS RECEIVED
Upon receiving a proper and bona fide notice of infringement, our policy is to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as soon as reasonably possible.
C. PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT A COUNTER-NOTICE
If we believe that the removed or disabled content is not infringing, or that we have the right to post and use such content (either from the rights owner, the owner’s agent, or under applicable law such as fair use), we may send a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent including the following:
Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, including a description of where the material appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that we have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Our contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that we consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which our address is located.
Our electronic or physical signature.
If a counter-notice is received, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, notifying them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the rights owner files an action seeking a court order against us, the removed content may be restored within 10 to 14 business days (or more) after we receive the counter-notice, at our discretion.
⚠️ Important: Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly misrepresents that content or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
