At CUSTOMLYVIBE, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your personalized products without delay. Because of our efficient fulfillment system, we offer a limited cancellation window.
Order Cancellation Window
We can modify your order information or cancel your order within 24 hours from the time your order is successfully placed.
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@customlyvibe.com.
After this 24-hour window, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.
Why This Policy Exists
We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds. However, due to the fast-paced nature of our print-on-demand production process, our fulfillment system is designed to begin preparing your order almost immediately after payment is received.
Here’s how it works:
Once your payment is confirmed, your order details are instantly submitted to our fulfillment partner.
The fulfillment process begins within moments, which may include printing the shipping label, preparing the materials, and starting the pick-and-pack process.
In many cases, orders are packaged the same business day or the next business day.
Even if your package has not yet been scanned by the carrier, it is already in the fulfillment process — making it impossible to cancel or retrieve.
Our fulfillment partner processes thousands of shipments per day for multiple businesses, and locating a single order once it has entered the system is not feasible.
Important Notice
Due to the fast-paced fulfillment process of our print-on-demand products, cancellations requested after 24 hours from the order placement time will not be accepted.
